The form below (see link) is only for residents moving out PRIOR to Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 12 noon who wish to request an extension to stay more than 24 hours after their final Winter term class (if no scheduled exams) or final written exam.

• Residence Life Late Move-Out Request Form for Requests Prior to April 29, 2021 at 12 noon.

All late move-out requests with a departure date prior to April 29, 2021 at 12 noon are due to Residence Life no later than Tuesday, April 6, 2021.

Glendon students living at Keele should submit their requests directly to Glendon Housing at glendon@yorku.ca and not complete the form above.
